As part of its safety measures, NP (SL) Limited has successfully conducted a fire drill at its head office. The Company normally organizes fire drills at its head office and Terminal facility to promote workplace safety and emergency preparedness.
The exercise provided staff with practical training on the effective use of fire extinguishers, safe evacuation procedures, alarm systems, designated exit routes, and coordinated emergency response protocols. Staff also engaged in an interactive session to reinforce best practices in fire prevention and response.
Speaking after the drill, HSSE Officer Saffia T. Gbamanja reiterated that a safe working environment remains a top priority at NP (SL) Limited. “The safety and well-being of our employees, customers, and communities is non-negotiable for NP,” he stated.
