The Board of NP SL Limited, announces the appointment of Dr. Mohamed S. Kanu as the new CEO of the Company following the resignation of Mr. Saidu Mansaray.
Dr Kanu, until his appointment, was the CEO of NP Cote d’Ivoire, one of the Affiliates of NP Group Limited.
Dr. Kanu’s appointment becomes effective as of 1st August 2025
